Options include a cash sale, a lease-option (where we guarantee your rent and costs are covered and tenant it with a rent-to-buy client), and other creative solutions. Remember it is free to discuss your situation with us and you are under no obligation to enter into any arrangements.

A. No. We are not Real Estate Agents. We do not advertise your house and take sales commission. There are no fees. Our profit comes from brokering a deal where you get what you want through us helping a buyer get what they want too.

A. Every house, person and situation is different. We buy houses where conventional methods have proved unsuitable, or where time or other constraints are causing problems. We are seeking to solve problems, however, we are not a charity and there will need to be advantages for all parties including ourselves.
